Because I Said So: Foresty and deer and mossy trees.

Well here I am, blogging to you from another coffee shop. Maybe even a little more sheek this time because guess what... No more U-Haul! I'm no longer homeless! Yeah! I found a place to live. A place amongst the pine trees. It's really quite whimsical where I live. No joke. It's foresty and there are deer and mossy trees. I'm a little in love. I always envied people that lived in such beautiful places (I'm looking at you, Sara Lizbeth), but then I wondered if they might just get used to it. Well I plan on NOT getting used to where I live and taking full advantage of it.

Work is going great. I work days, nights, weekends. Oh and I'm on call a lot. I basically worked by myself last weekend. It was fun. And there were shenanigans. Like when I had to strip and disinfect an ICU stall. Did you know that sawdust shavings make quite the lovely soup? Well now you and I both know! I spent Saturday and Sunday night administering treatments to sick horses, making surgery packs, and doing general cleaning around the hospital. Yep. This is my new life. And it's pretty frickin' awesome.

My new places (amongst the pine trees!) is up there and doesn't give great internet so I'm now going to try and blog once a week when I visit the local coffee shop for their delicious coffee (read: free wifi). I have some pictures from a hike I took yesterday. This glorious place was only about TWO MILES from my new place. I realize now, though, that you might want to see pictures of my new places.
